What is an "Expert?"

Let's start by redefining the word "expert." Instead of thinking of an expert as the person who knows more about a subject than anyone else in the world, think of an expert as a person who knows more about a subject than anyone else in the room. 

That's just my way of saying that everyone has expertise, because each person has a unique set of skills and experience that give them knowledge that no one else can exactly duplicate. You just have to discover what your unique niche is and how to present yourself in that niche.
