Cathy Stucker, the Idea Lady, has helped thousands of people discover creative paths to success on their own terms. She is a frequent speaker and seminar leader on business topics who specializes in helping her clients find creative ways to promote themselves and their businesses and create new income streams.
Cathy has appeared on many radio and television programs, and she has been featured in The New York Times, The Houston Chronicle, The Houston Business Journal, Black Enterprise, the Associated Press, Startup Journal (Wall Street Journal), Woman’s Day, Woman’s World and many other newspapers and magazines.
In her spare time, Cathy is a mystery shopper, providing customer service feedback to businesses of all types. She is the author of The Mystery Shopper’s Manual, the only book for mystery shoppers endorsed by the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA). Cathy has personally trained more than 10,000 mystery shoppers, and she developed the mystery shopper certification program for the MSPA.
Cathy has published many books, ebooks, special reports, audio programs, DVDs and other information products. She has taught courses at several colleges, presented seminars across the U.S. and Canada and currently teaches courses on small business and information marketing at Leisure Learning Unlimited in Houston, Texas.
